SWAT CARE workshops can be delivered by a trainer on your staff after going through this Train-the-Trainer course. During this 8-hour workshop, a SWAT CARE trainer will instruct your organization’s trainers how to:

• Present SWAT CARE^TM to future classes within their organization.
• Respond to participant questions pertaining to SWAT CARE^TM.
• Help uncover individual error patterns of the participants.
• Coach participants who need additional help.
• Enhance the organization’s ability to understand and respond to hostile environments.

In addition, new trainers will learn:

• Methods for identifying participant error patterns.
• Commonly asked questions.
• Threats to assessing and improving scene safety in a hostile environment.
