About Us
Michael Senterfitt is a dynamic and engaging speaker with more than 20 years of experience as a Paramedic, Director for an ambulance service, Police Officer, and SWAT Medic.
He serves as the lead curriculum developer, primary trainer, and strategic force behind SWAT CARETM LLC. During his time as a SWAT Medic, Mike recognized a need for officers on the street to know and understand ways that they could help save and protect fellow officers, citizens, and themselves as they encounter hostile environments.
Mike developed SWAT CARETM training with the safety needs of officers and innocent victims in mind and has delivered the SWAT CARETM training class to over 1,600 officers in the Northeast Florida area.
